Pacific Plastics, Inc. warrants the PVC Pipe sold to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, and to meet and conform to the specifications and standards printed on the product, for a period of one year.  Proof of purchase with the date thereof must be presented to the satisfaction of Pacific Plastic, Inc., with any claim made hereunder.  IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS SHALL EXPIRE AT THE END OF THE PERIOD OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Should the product prove to be defective during the warranty period due to material of workmanship, the manufacturer will replace the defective pipe with a good product of the same type and size, or credit in the amount of the original purchase price.  No labor charges or consequential damages will be paid by the company.  Consumer or installer's claim must be processed through their wholesale distributor, and no replacement or credit will be allowed by Pacific Plastics, Inc., unless the reported defect has been inspected and approved for replacement by the company, its agent or its representative.

It is the purchaser's and/installer's obligation to see that the product is installed in accordance with all Federal, State, and local codes or laws governing such product installation; and Pacific Plastics, Inc., accepts no responsibility for improperly installed products.

THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO:

1. Damage resulting from fire, accident, acts of God, misuse, negligence, Customer modifications, or lack of performance of purchaser's obligations.
2. Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of building or land or other consequential damages except as otherwise provided by State Law.
3. Loss, damage, or injury to persons or property resulting from the failure of any products which are covered under the terms of the Limited Warranty.
